Samsung S8000 Jet este unul dintre cele mai rapide telefoane touchscreen. Procesorul sau are 800 MHz, foarte aproape de 1 GHz promis de Toshiba TG01. Mai mult, browserul web poate sa deschida pana la 5 pagini web simultan.
Pe langa toate acestea, telefonul are noua interfata TouchWiz, folosita si de I8000 Omnia II. Samsung S8000 Jet are un ecran AMOLED tactil de 3,1 inch, cu rezolutia de 480 x 800 de pixeli si cu 16 milioane de culori. Camera foto are 5 megapixeli si autofocus.
Conectivitatea este asigurata prin WiFi si HSDPA 3,6 Mbps. Pentru navigare, telefonul are GPS. La S8000 Jet mai gasim un radio FM cu RDS si o memorie de 2 GB, ce poate fi extinsa cu un card microSD.
Telefonul este bine echipat pe partea multimedia, avand jack audio de 3,5 mm. Suporta fisiere video in format DivX si Xvid.
Daca vrei sa-l folosesti in scop business, se poate sincroniza cu un server Exchange.
